The Governor is urging the New England Fishery Management Council to reconsider its recent decision limiting scalloping, due to of questions surrounding the science that has been used to claim that seafood stock is greatly depleted.  The issue of an unbiased review of the science behind all decisions relating to our local fishermen is in order, as we prepare for a new regulatory scheme for our fisheries this spring.
